Overview
- Check-in time is 2pm, while check-out is 12noon.
- Guests must present a valid means of identification at the point of check-in.
- Foreigners must present their international passport at the point of check-in.
- All room rates except the standard category are inclusive of complimentary breakfast, two in suite, and one breakfast for other room categories.
- Complimentary breakfast starts by 7am and ends by 9:30am.
- Guests have access to free wifi.
- For guarantee reservation, full payment must be made on or before 12 noon of the arrival date.
- Group booking payment [3rooms and above] should be 48hrs prior to the arrival date.
- No show will attract full rate from 4pm of the arrival date.
- Cancellation within 24hrs prior to the arrival date will attract 50% sub-charge of the rate.
- Rooms prices are subject to change without notice.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms, defaulters will be charged [50,000.00] fifty thousand naira as a recovery fee for smoking, if this issue continues after the recovery fee, such guests will be evicted from the hotel without a refund.
- Early check-in and late check-out attract extra charges.
- All room rates are VAT inclusive.
